What is your design process?

We have a simple 4-step process that starts with a no-charge estimate for your logo and customizing work. Click here to learn more about our Logo Design process .

What is digitizing?

Digitizing converts your design into a format that can be read by the machines the doing the actual customizing. Not all digitizing process are equal. We are experts in optimizing your design for our processes. We are experts in digitizing and the logo design process.

Can I order name brand products through you?

Yes. We offer name brand products with volume pricing discounting. Click here to see our Catalogs.

Can I return products I purchased?

Yes. However, we do not accept any returns or issue refunds on products that have been customized, washed or cannot not be returned to stock. See the Policies page to learn more about our returns policy.

How will you bill me?

Once the design is approved, we will require a 50% deposit on all orders for apparel, with the remaining balance due and payable when you pick up your order or prior to shipment

Where are you located?

We are located in Southern California. Our shop is in Fountain Valley, CA, which is in the center of Orange County.

Do you have program for youth focused organizations?

Yes. We are committed to helping the youth in communities across the country. We have designed special programs that allow us to give back to communities. Contact us to learn more about our special programs and if your qualify to participate.

What if I do not have an electronic version of my artwork?
